Camp Out in a Hut

James and Rosie were American siblings  who lived in a camp. Guess what? Their parents ran a camp business in the middle of the woods to earn money. But this was not your usual camp- it was different. Families bought wooden huts and stayed permanently.  Some would visit to check it out but leave. Lots of others would not even see the huts but just buy it. Because only in this camp you could stay forever in the woods.

One day , James and Rosie were playing in a sand park when a blast of sand went into their eyes . They ran as the sandstorm started to raise from tops of sand castles and everywhere else. This was usual. So they knew what to do if it went into their eyes. They ran into a little hut cause their house was so far away. This hut was theirs , so no one would try to come in. Older kids from the camp were given huts,  a few blocks away where could they stay alone as long as they wanted.

They washed their eyes with warm water from the clay pots in the hut. And then they were gonna rest overnight. They knew where food was found , so they were to stay over for atleast twelve days. They stepped outside. The sandstorm was down a bit  but still it was blowing sand from every corner of the hut. They wore little capes on their heads so the sand wouldn't go into any part of their body. They went outside and ran quickly as the wind.
James and Rossie reached a place where berries, fruits and vegetables and lots of rice grew. They were put into bags which were sewed out of papyrus . They just had to take the rice, steam it and eat it. Next they grabbed a few fruits for their breakfast. Then they ran to the hut. Before that they stopped at a lake and took a pot from a pile. The siblings changed into their night clothes .

Before they started the fire they had to get wood.  And then they made the fire by lighting a matchstick and putting it on the wood. The fire started to raise up, howling onto every side. Felt really warm. They poured oil so that it stayed high. James kept on pouring oil so it wouldn't go down.  Rosie got veggies, water and the pot. She didn't get the fruits cause it was for the morning. She got the rice too . Then James and Rosie cooked over the fire. They kept the grill and lowered the fire. How did they do it? They didn't pour a lot of oil when it went down. Just a really little bit. . Rossie washed the pot with some water. Then James helped to put some oil into the pot, the rice, salt , spices and some veggies. There were a lot of vegetables, so they took the other veggies , put them on a stick, put some cheese and fried it on the fire. After they were done with everything, they opened out the pot and a good smell went out of the windows. The smell of the food attracted the animals in the woods but the fire scared them away.

They took metal plates and put their food on it. Jack and Rosie each had two sticks of cheesie vegetables with a bowl of rice . After they were done eating , they packed the leftover food. They transferred the rice into a bowl and closed it up . They also filled their bottles with water to drink. Since they were very thirsty, they poured some water into two cups and drank it right away. Next they washed the two cups and kept them to dry inside the hut.
Now it was time to sleep. So they took their lamp and caught some fire into it and then put off the camp fire. They went inside the hut and placed the lamp in the middle of the two beds which were made of papyrus.
Pulling on their woolen blankets , they went into story land. Finally they blowed out their lamp fire. And went to sleep.

In the morning the door was suddenly open!! James got up and ran to close the door. And James woke up Rosie and asked her if she had opened the door? She clearly said no and added that it might be the wind since they didn't lock the door. James and Rosie cleaned up all the sand and put it outside. When the sand storm was gone, they bathed in a nearby Lake and put on new clothes. There was a wooden shelf in the hut and they always kept an extra reserve of clothes incase they needed it. After they were done bathing, they picked some more fruits and went right back to the hut. Oh! Did I tell you this? Only ages 14- 16 yrs were allowed to stay in the hut. Others would have their little play areas but couldn't stay. Rosie and James were of the correct age. Rosie was 14 yrs and James was 15 yrs. James was right in the middle but Rosie had just started off. They called her Rosie cause she LOVED roses. But her real name was Rosa.

Now let's go back to the story. They went to the hut and took their berries . They also took their chocolate which was  stored in a pot. They had them cause their grandma had made them for a special occasion.  They took the chocolates , put it in a pot and melted it over the fire. After they were done melting , James got the berries and fruits and then they put the fruits in the same stick that they put the cheese and veggies on.Next they dipped the fruit sticks in the chocolate pot. After some time, the choco-fruit sticks were ready to eat. Which they promptly did!!. They packed up the rice so that they could share it with their family . After all this was done , they started to really miss their parents.

They decided to go home after all. They ran home,  hugged their parents and told them all about how they had a wonderful stay at their hut!

The Good Witch

Part 1:
It was a stormy day in the castle of France . The King's prince was tucked up and sleeping. Just at that time, when it was very stormy , windy and raining , the French men declared that the witches will come out of their houses to make the world a wicked place. So everyone stayed in shops, houses and hotels cause if they went out they would be caught by witches. One single man was left on the street , so he hurried to a shop and stayed there. So he was safe.

The king didn't know this but if there was a tall tower , it would get knocked down. So one of the guards hurried and told the king. So the king woke up the prince and said , " Any tower which is tall like ours is going to get knocked down. " So they hurried to a royal hotel where they could stay for the night safely. And afterwards , they would build the castle again cause it got knocked down. Next day , the prince got up and said " Where am I ?"  cause he forgot that the castle would get knocked down. So his dad told him again that if they had stayed in the castle , they would have got killed. The thunder would hit their metal castle and would have destroyed it. But the prince said , " How could we come to this hotel? The witches could have caught us ". The king replied , " We were too fast to get caught! There were witches out there." The prince then exclaimed , " Ha!! So that's why there were cackles!!"

Part 2:
And till that time it was breakfast time for the prince. So they went into the royal breakfast table. After breakfast since the sun came out, they went out and saw that a little boy was crying without anyone in the street. So they picked him up and they made him some clothes and made him something to eat. " So that boy was a prince", the original prince declared. Cause he felt that the
little boy had manners , he knew what to do and didn't mess up anything. The boy wanted to show  them something and they went out again . The boy showed them a place where there were spiders. They went in and there was a woman who looked like a witch.

Part 3:
The King and the prince followed the witch quietly who was walking and not flying. The witch  led them to the castle  , fixed the tower and quietly walked away 🏰. The king said " Wait!!! Thank you " to the witch. Then the next day , the King told everyone that witches are not wicked . To prove it , they called the witch and together they went to the village. The witch led everyone to show that the houses were fixed. When the villagers saw this they were very excited and shouted " Hurray !" They were so happy and relieved to know that bad witches did not exist.
To celebrate that the witch was not a bad woman , they drank, ate bread and cake and had fun. Talking and chatting, one could hear the pleasant sounds 🌄everywhere, even at the top of the holy mountains that surrounded the village. From that day onwards there were no more storms and enough rain for the rivers to flow always. And the village looked like a paradise that was always peaceful. Everyone in the village loved the witches and they all had lots of fun every single moment. The village became a holy village indeed!!!

The Very Many Spring

One morning James got up and said " Oh..it's a very many day today" . It was his special day...his birthday. He didn't have to go down as his mom rushed to his bed and said " Today , you get to have breakfast in bed" . He rushed down after he had breakfast . He had to hurry to school. Everyday he is the one who has to pack up his lunch but today is his special day , so his mom put in his lunch and said goodbye. He wondered why his mom didn't greet him for his birthday but he had got breakfast in bed .
Next he walked to school and he reached his school but no one said " Happy Birthday"! It was super strange. His teacher said " Congratulations" to his friend as his friend had created a world map. The teacher said " Happy Monday" as it was Monday and they were going to go the special field trip to the farm. But nothing esle to him. And in his lunch, it was like a normal school day..James still felt that his mom was probably planning a birthday surprise party for him.
After school his friend ran to him and said " Can you come with me to the park? " and his mom immediately said " Yes" . His mom would otherwise say no for going to the park but today she allowed him to. That felt strange to him. They went to the park together in a car and when he got out and walked ten steps in the park, there was a sudden " Happy Birthday James!" James loudly exclaimed " I knew it" !! He felt very joyful and very excited to see everyone appreciate his birthday. His uncles, aunts, friends, parents and grandparents were there. The party's theme was the spring season- there were lots of cutouts of spring animals like squirrels, deers and birds.
His favorite food like ice cream and pizza were served. And he loved the games like his favorite one- Catch The Bunny Rabbit. And there were other party games that he loved. And after the party, he was tired and came home. His family had some leftover pizza and ice cream for dinner. They watched his favorite movie - Inside Out. And after that his snuggled into his bed and his mom gave him a kiss and said " Good Night!". Soon he was fast asleep. And he sleep talked, saying " I loved the party. "

The Friendly Ghost

Actors : Andru , Andra , Ravu

Story :
The story starts in the early morning of spring. One day, Andra was watering her garden. Her brother Ravu , was thinking about owning his own business. He loved lemons , so he thought he could make a lemonade stand. So that's why his sister was watering the garden, so that Ravu could get enough lemons for his lemonade stand.

He was thinking about it, while he was making a map where he should put his lemonade stand. His dad worked in a candy-making factory and his mom worked in a bandana factory. He was thinking about making his shop as gigantic as his mom's factory. But he couldn't make it so big because his mom and dad were not at home and it was his dad who had all the metal to build a giant factory. Ravu could only build a little hut where he could make his shop.

Two days later , the shop was built. And now the horror starts! One night, Ravu and his sister, Andra were going to the shop to check if everything was closed up and right. When they looked in, something in the distance said " whoosh, woosh" ...they creeped out !!!!They rushed to tell about their experience to their parents and their parents assured them that it was only the wind.

The next morning Ravu and his sister got up and were very , very tired from last night. The creeps gave them goose bumps in the morning too. And again in the night, they went to check Ravu's shop. And this time they were taking slow steps. A Rock fell down and they creeped out again. And the voice in the distance said " Go Away". They were so creeped out that Ravu and his sister pooped in their pants. And next morning , they came down for breakfast and Ravu's mom said " Come on. Let's go to a spooky movie called the Hunting Ghost of the Night " . And Ravu's dad said " In the movie the ghost says woosh one night and go away another night ".  Since the kids didn't have a choice, they went to the movie anyways. They watched the movie and after they watched it, Ravu and his sister ran up to their room and they were saying, " It's it's it's.....alive!!!" And their mom said " Maybe because Halloween is coming soon, someone is camping and they just want to spook people out." And the next night, when Ravu and his sister went to the shop again, the ghost touched them. And they came rushing to their room extremely scared !!!!!

Another night , they saw the ghost again in their shop and it said " Don't run away!!!" They froze in their footsteps and the ghost said " Don't get scared! " We can still be friends even if I am a ghost and you are a thing that lives on land." On hearing that, Andra corrected the ghost . She said "We are humans." At that point they found out that the ghost was a girl named Andru, who also had a baby sister. They were camping in Ravu's shop with their parents.
The ghost asked them if they could stay overnight in the shop. At that point, Ravu and Andra felt very excited for having made a new , unusual friend who was a ghost.

The kids and the ghost asked their respective parents if they could camp overnight in their shop. And the ghost Andru asked her parents if they could go camping somewhere else . She pleaded to them saying that they had invited friends over and hence need some space in the shop. And Andru's and Ravu's parents said yes. They also give the kids lots of food and they dropped them off outside the shop. The didn't come inside the shop though. Because Andru the ghost was setting up the place and Ravu and his sister had got some candles and they had lit the whole place up. They had a whole feast for five days and nights.

After the five days, everyone become good friends with each other.  Every night after that, Ravu and his sister Andra brought food over to the shop for the ghosts. And the ghost showed how fun ghosts can really be. One of it was how humans could walk through a ghost!! Andra and Ravu loved these new tricks they had learnt from their ghost friends. Eventually they also started giving breakfast and lunch to their ghost friends. They would play all day as Ravu and Andra were homeschooled. They lived happily ever after.

Columbus

Columbus came from his country Spain. Then from Spain, he came to the land where Pocohontas lived , but not only Pocohontas . There were different kinds of people who were Native Indians.

Columbus saw all the gold the Natives were wearing and he saw them wearing gold  jewelleery  and leaf dresses andd they were staring to him. The Native Indfians gave him food , nice dresses, they were nice, friendly , kind to Columbus. They got him nice, cozy blankets, then they fixed his ship.

Then he was set to go, he also got Native Indians to go with him. Then they were set to go, then they reached with him to his home but only 7 were there. The rest were dead.

Columbus told the Queen of Spain that the Native Indians have big big trees, big big mountains , lots of gold and nice niece dresses. And then he said  we can kill them and take all their gold andd rule them. So then he was back with so many bombs, 500 men, many many ships. And then he told the Indians give all your gold and all your money and all that you have. Or I will kill you. They said no, so he cut off their noses andd ears. Then there was a war.

The Natives had very less bows and arrows which they used for hunting.   Then Columbus put bombs and knives , whatever he had, because he had so much. Some people fell down and Columbus threw them to the dogs. This was noticed by people who were peeking at the war , from behind the rocks. 

My first tooth fell off!

Today my first tooth fell off. Because my sister was fighting for a hair band with me. That's why my tooth fell off because it was loose. My tooth was shaking early in the morning and my mother said " See , your tooth is shaking Shreedhari!" And I was excited!!! Because  this was my first tooth that was shaking.

We were going to a park date . But that's when my sister fought with me for the bands and my tooth fell off. I cried and cried but still my sister and mother were happy. Because my first tooth fell off. A lot of blood was coming from my jaws. I was scared for some minutes and then I felt better and happy for my tooth. My sister said sorry many times and took me to my home and then I rinsed my mouth with my toothpaste. Then I tried to brush but the hole in the jaws stopped me. Then I thought it was a better idea to just rinse with the paste. Then I noticed - if you have hole in which you don't have a tooth it is a good thing. I will tell you why later on. In the meantime my mommy searched and searched in the grass and she got my lost tooth. I was so happy after that.

 I came back from the park date and cleaned my dirty tooth and then I saw that my tooth looks like this when I take it out. It has a hole down there  in the bottom. Now I will tell you why it is good thing to have a hole without a tooth in it. Because I wished to God that I shall have $9.00.  Then early in the morning my sister first said that maybe you could see under the pillow? I saw under the pillow. I was so happy! I got $20.00 from the fairy Godmother. I showed it to daddy and mommy. I showed it to my sister. That time I was happier than a fairy and I was screaming " Look  amma look. What I found under the pillow!!" They too were excited. And I was more excited because the first time I hadd this much money to buy a trampoline or a cycle. I believe that only if you are happy then fairy Godmother will come andd you can get your wishes.

After my tooth fell, I was asking my mother that what if that I could ask my mama why does a tooth fall? Because he is a dentist and he will know. Also sister wondered as to why does God give us new teeth?   I would like to ask my mama in Skype .
